The Westfield Terms & Conditions
HOW
TO BOOK
All reservations must be confirmed with the payment of a
deposit.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one nights stay
or 25% of the total booking, whichever is the greater, will be required to
confirm a reservation. Full payment is taken on arrivals within 7 days and on all Special Offers. All prices include VAT at 20%
CHECKING
IN & OUT
Check-in
is from 2 pm to 10 pm unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out is by 11:00 am please, so that we can prepare rooms for new guests.
CANCELLATION
When
you make a booking you have entered into a legally-binding contract with us. If
you cancel your reservation, we levy cancellation charges in accordance with
the industry standard scale of cancellation charges as follows:

DAMAGE TO HOTEL
PROPERTY
Guests causing damage to the building, fixtures or
fittings will be charged for their replacement or repair.Lost keys will be charged at £50. The person paying for
the booking will be deemed liable if the guest themselves is unable to pay.
NO SMOKING
POLICY
All areas within the building are strictly
designated as non-smoking. Anyone who smokes in his or her room will be liable
for a £20 cleaning charge. If an individual persists in smoking, they will be
asked to settle their bill, including the cleaning charge and unfortunately be
asked to vacate the premises immediately.
PARKING
The Westfield
has its own car park. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of
property or vehicles in the car park. Vehicles and contents are left
entirely at the owners risk.
BALANCE
PAYMENT
The
balance of your stay is due on arrival and any room accounts are due on or
before your departure day. This can be made in cash, a debit card or credit
card.
